If a technical problem occurs and the customer wishes to return the product or have it repaired, GiggleFone will cover the cost of returning, inspecting and repairing the product.

How does the 30-day trial work?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the device to us within 30 days of the test date. Just Send return requests via email to service@gigglefone.com, We will cover the shipping costs.

In order to be eligible for a return for a full refund, your item must be returned in the same condition it was purchased in, without any passwords and iCloud/Google accounts and any software locks (iCloud/password/SIM locks, etc.) and including the included All accessories. If there are obvious signs of use or the device is damaged after delivery, no refunds will be given and the device will be shipped back to you.
