We, GiggleFone, take data protection very seriously. Therefore, through the GiggleFone Privacy Policy, we want to explain how information about you (customer) is collected, used and disclosed by GiggleFone ("GiggleFone ", "we" or "us") when you access GiggleFone's websites, applications and services that link to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any other websites or other online or mobile services or applications of GiggleFone or its parent, subsidiaries or affiliates.

1. Collection and use of information

When you use the Services, you provide us with information. We collects two types of information: (1) information that you provide to us that lets us know who you are ("Personally Identifiable Information") and (2) information that does not by itself identify a specific individual ("Non-Personally Identifiable Information").

You can browse the Services' websites without telling us who you are or revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself. However, when you contact us (e.g., submit an offer to sell a device) or register to open an account with GiggleFone, we ask for information about you, such as your name, email address, and zip code, which we collect and use as described in this Privacy Policy. Once you provide us with information about yourself, you are no longer anonymous to us. GiggleFone may also receive information about you from other sources and add it to your account information. Providing information is purely optional for you; however, not all features and services (such as responding to your inquiries) will be available to you if you choose not to provide information. 3. Non-personally identifiable information

We automatically receive and collect non-personally identifiable information in our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Uniform Resource Locator ("URL"), where you came from, what URL you go to next, browser type, browser language, date and time of your request, information about GiggleFone cookies and pages you request. This information is compiled and analysed on a personal and aggregated basis. We may use third party analytics services to collect, monitor and analyse the information collected as described above.

4. Use of information

We will use personal information primarily for the following purposes: (a) to provide you with the Services; (b) to customize the advertising and content you see to your needs; (c) to fulfil all transactions, including your requests for products and services; (d) to improve our Services and offerings to you; (e) to conduct research; (f) to provide you with support; (g) to provide you with updates and communications about the Services, our privacy policy and terms and conditions; (h) to contact you in certain circumstances; (i) to provide you with offers from us, our partners and third parties that may be of interest to you; and (j) to generate anonymous reports for internal and external customers. We use non-personally identifiable information to help diagnose problems with our servers and software, to administer the Services, and to gather demographic information. Our advertising networks and third-party servers will also provide us with reports that tell us how many ads have been presented and clicked on GiggleFone without personally identifying any individual.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that GiggleFone does not own or control, or to individuals that GiggleFone does not employ or manage. The Services may include third party applications, content and/or advertising that may track user activity in addition to the activities described herein; GiggleFone assumes no responsibility for these activities. GiggleFone has no control over the privacy policies of third parties, and you may be subject to the privacy policies of those third parties. We encourage you to ask questions before sharing your personal information with third parties. 8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this website. Any amended terms will automatically become effective 30 days after they are first posted on the Services, unless otherwise specified in the amendment. In addition, we will notify you of material changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your GiggleFone account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
