The order will be shipped within 24 hours at the latest (working day). This means that if you order before 12 pm today, the parcel will be sent on the same day. Normally the delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. If there are logistical problems caused by the weekend or other irresistible factors, it usually takes 2 to 5 working days.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days).

GiggleFone is fully confident in the devices we offer for sale - that's why every device comes with a free warranty. In case of any defects observed during the warranty period, your device will be repaired or replaced (in case it’s non-repairable), for free.
However, please note that if physical damage is observed, the warranty may be voided. In such cases, GiggleFone can offer a repair service, but the associated costs will be borne by the customer.

In order to be eligible for a return for a full refund, your item must be returned in the same condition it was purchased in, without any passwords and iCloud/Google accounts and any software locks (iCloud/password/SIM locks, etc.) and including the included All accessories. If there are obvious signs of use or the device is damaged after delivery, no refunds will be given and the device will be shipped back to you. We are unable to provide any refunds after 30 days from the date you receive your order.
