General information

Once you have placed an order with GiggleFone, the products will be shipped within 2-3 working days. We will inform you by email about the logistics order number and the specific logistics company.

Delivery time

The order will be shipped within 24 hours at the latest (working day). This means that if you order before 12 pm today, the parcel will be sent on the same day. Otherwise the parcel will be sent the next working day.

Normally the delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. If there are logistical problems caused by the weekend or other irresistible factors, it usually takes 2 to 5 working days. The total delivery time should not exceed 5 working days.

Delivery area & delivery costs

We mainly ship to the global. Depending on the delivery area, the shipping costs vary, but at GiggleFone we make sure that these fees are reasonable and in line with market standards.

  • Hongkong: 10€, free shipping from 35€
  • France: 10€, free shipping from 35€
  • Spain: 10€, free shipping from 35€

Check at any time

You can check the following at any time:

  • The delivery preparation status of your order.
  • The date of shipment. You will receive a notification by e-mail.
  • Track the shipment status of your parcel to your desired address via Order Tracking, thanks to a tracking number or your order number that will be communicated to you.
