Report illicit content

Last updated: July 25, 2026

1. Purpose

GIGGLE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED operates the Giggle Fone storefronts (including gigglefone.com and gigglefone.fr). This page explains how to notify us of content on our sites that you believe is illegal or illicit.

We take reports seriously and review them in line with applicable law, including notice-and-action duties that may apply to our France / EEA-facing storefront.

2. What you can report

  • Product listings, descriptions, images, or other catalogue content that appears illegal.
  • User-generated or partner-generated content hosted or displayed on our storefront (for example reviews, messages, or profile text where available).
  • Marketing pages, articles, or other published materials on our domains that appear to break the law.
  • Content that appears to involve fraud, intellectual-property infringement, hate speech, scams, or other unlawful activity, where you can point to a specific URL or listing.

This channel is for illicit or illegal content notices. Ordinary product, order, delivery, warranty, or account questions should go through Contact us or the Help Centre.

3. How to submit a report

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Report illicit content”, or call +852 5106 6241. Please include as much of the following as you can:

  • The exact URL(s) of the content (and listing or product identifiers if relevant).
  • A clear explanation of why you believe the content is illegal or illicit, including the legal basis if known.
  • Your full name and a working email address so we can acknowledge and follow up.
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, rights-holder documentation, or case references).
  • A statement that the notice is submitted in good faith and that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Incomplete notices may delay review. We may ask for additional information to identify the content or verify your report.

4. What happens next

We acknowledge receipt when practicable and review the report. Depending on the facts and applicable law, we may remove or restrict content, contact the relevant seller or partner, request further information, or decline to act if the notice is incomplete, unfounded, or outside our ability to assess.

Where we take action, we aim to do so without undue delay. We do not automatically remove content solely because a notice was filed; each report is assessed on its merits.

We may retain report records as needed for security, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Personal data in a report is handled under our Privacy Policy.

5. Good faith and misuse

Submit notices in good faith. Knowingly submitting false, abusive, or bad-faith reports may lead us to ignore further notices from the same source and, where appropriate, to pursue available remedies.

Rights holders and authorised representatives should identify their standing when reporting intellectual-property issues.
